The innovative combination of robot with shot blast system is applied to auto industry for a full automatic, efficient and stabilized production requirement. WQZ Crankshaft shot blast robot can do the surface treatment for crankshaft, camshaft and related auto parts automatically. The surface of work piece after processing shows the metal original color and has no sand and oxyd at all. The surface roughness can meet the National Standard I (Ra25 - Ra12.5). Meanwhile, the machine can eliminate facial stress concentration and improve the work piece fatigue resistance and resistance to corrosion.

A full chrome cast line is available in the chamber assures the durability of service life. 

A rotary chamber is mounted inside of the worktable to let the double station alternate for loading & unloading. 

The rotary chamber has a special design, in which there is a baffle to keep the shot blast station being sealed when it’s working, and two  self balancing worktable to help the work piece laid on them steadily. 

The advantage is achieved in less standby time, auto drop the abrasives when rotating, and high productivity.
